Please take note that the devDept licensing server for Eyeshot version before 2020 has been retired in March 2024. If you try to activate Eyeshot version before 2020, you will receive a "404 - Not found" error message.
To resolve this issue, you have two options available:
- Upgrade to the latest version of Eyeshot which offers numerous features and improvements. Upgrading ensures access to the most advanced tools, priority support, and updates.
- Follow the procedure below with great attention to the batch files required for the Eyeshot versions installed.
- Save the attached zip file to a temporary folder on your development machine.
- Extract the zip file into the same folder.
- Close all instances of Visual Studio and any Eyeshot applications.
- Run the
.bat
file you just extracted. - Follow the instructions to select the correct edition of Eyeshot installed on your development machine.
- Now you can proceed with the normal product activation procedure.
