If you want to see the serial key/s and download the setup, it is necessary to assign each license to a developer, so let's see how to do the assignment.
- Log in to your Company account on our website.
- In the “Eyeshot licenses” section you will find a license ID code for each license you own, both active or not.
-
Click “Assign” for each License ID
Two alternative options can now occur:
CASE 1: Assign the license to an existing developer or the account owner.
- Select “Choose from existing developers.”
- Select the correct e-mail from the drop-down menu.
- Click “Ok”.
Check your mailbox to find the confirmation email and then go to your account.
If you are the account administrator, you will find the setup to download and the old serial key/s in the second Tab.
CASE 2: Assign the license to a new developer.
- Select “Add a new developer”.
- Fill in all the fields.
- Click “Ok”.
The new developer should check the mailbox for an email with the subject "License Assigned" and click the blue link in the body of the email.
Then, choose and confirm a password to create a personal account.
The developer account is a valuable resource for users.
On the top section of the page, you will find the Product Edition (1), the Licence ID number, and the "Return license" link that can be used to change the assignment (2). Additionally, important information about your subscription (3) such as the company name, subscription period, plan, and number of incidents can be found here.
The "Eyeshot 2024" section contains the latest version of the software (4) along with demos and documentation (5,6) that can help you gain a better understanding of Eyeshot.
The "Serial Numbers" section (7) is where you find your old serial codes if you purchased the product before 2024.
The 'Support Tickets" section (8) displays the list of tickets that have been opened and solved. If you need to open a new request, simply click the "Get Technical Support" button (9). Please note that new tickets can only be opened if your subscription is still valid, and you have not finished your available number of incidents.
After completing the assignment process, in the Company account you will find:
- The name of the developer(s) to which each license is assigned.
- The ability to "Revoke" a license from a developer and reassign it to another.
- The list of registered developers that you can edit or delete. (N.B. the “User” of the account is never listed here)
