Click “Your Account” at the top right of the page (1), then click on “forgot password?” (2) to reset your account login password.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Send”.
Important note: If you don’t remember or don’t know what the registered email is, please Contact Us.
Check your mailbox (possibly also check the SPAM folder) to find an email from devDept Software with the subject “Password Setup”. Look for the blue underlined link in the body of the email.
Important note:
This link is available for 24 hours only, so if it has expired you need to repeat the above steps.
Choose your new password (minimum 8 digit) and click "Set".
