Optionally remove car model in XAML design view.

Hello!
I would like to request a feature to optionally remove the car rendering the XAML design view in Visual Studio. Most times, I prefer my design view to accurately reflect what will be presented on screen during application execution. The car rendering is placed at the origin and offsets the grid I've added to my design, skewing everything in the viewport to the right, which doesn't match what is displayed during execution. The ability to optionally remove the car rendering would be very helpful while designing Eyeshot into my UI.

The purpose of this model is to get instant feedback on all Design control properties you can change, like Ortho/Perspective projection, display modes, materials, etc. If you remove the car model you won't see anything.
I do understand that, and I find it a useful feature. But I would like the option to turn it off so I can see my Design in its pure form without any interfering elements.
