New Login Process ๐Ÿ”‘

Starting today, we have integrated our customer support system with our corporate website to provide you with a seamless and unified experience.
As part of this enhancement, you will no longer need to log in separately on the Zendesk website. Instead, you can now access all our services through a single set of credentials on our corporate website.
This change is designed to streamline the login process, making it more convenient for you to access the information and support you need. Your previous Zendesk credentials are no longer valid, and we kindly ask you to use your unified credentials on our corporate website.

Important Note for customers with different credentials

If you previously had different credentials for Zendesk and our corporate website, please be aware that your ticket history from Zendesk will not be automatically transferred to your new account. To ensure you have access to your complete ticket history, we recommend requesting an account merge.
