More intensive use of interfaces

A simple request, however very useful. More intensive use of interfaces in the Eyeshot architecture would be a great improvement, especially now, that as of version 2023, interfaces as IWorkspace, IDesign, etc. have been introduced.
This would greatly help the development of unit tests. 

Example:
- IEntity exposing methods such as Scale, Regen, etc. or properties such as EntityData.

"Nice to have" example:
- Entities that have their own interface (PlanarEntity : Entity, IPlanarEntity, etc.)

    This would be great. We could develop more consistent domain over eyeshot and improve drastically quality and maintainability of unit test.
