Delay in loading IFC files.

Currently, we are experiencing excessive loading time for IFC files (Request #28018), averaging about 5 minutes. We would like to request an improvement in the performance of boolean operations to optimize this process.

    ReadIFC performance has been improved from build 2024.2.346
