LinearDim Horizontal vs Vertical

Hi all, how can i determine if a dimension is vertical or horizontal on the print?

This is only for the XY plane dimensioning.

Specifically, we ran into a dim that was drawn between two points (line at 45 degrees), so I need to display to the user that that dimension is measuring horizontal distance but not the vertical. I was not able to determine that.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

    You need to check the dimension Plane X axis direction
