I want to put a toolbar inside the viewer that looks like the attached image, with buttons on a transparent panel
When I try to just put it in as a panel, it becomes opaque. I'm looking for some help.

Use Toolbar.BackgroundColor, Toolbar.BackgroundBorderColor and Margin properties.
