Converting Polylines as Arcs

Is it possible to convert imported DXF/DWG polylines into arcs? Currently, they are importing as polylines because they were drawn that way. Attached is a picture as an example of a circle which comes out as Polylines . I would appreciate any advice if someone has attempted this.

Starting from lines you have no chance to get precision. You have 2 options, right now you have a polygon with X sides you either make the inscribe or out scribe circle. But before you need to average either mid or end points of all the lines to find the most centered point then if you want outscribe circle the radius is the distance between that center and any end point and for inscribe circle it's the distance between the center and the middle of any line.
