Dimension constrain representation (request for option)

If possible on dimensions that have the corresponding points or entities outside the current view, do not attempt to draw the complete dimension, this could be an option for each dimension constrain.

This is more clear with a small sketch's that are far away from references. For example:

when zooming part of the sketch, the dimensions could be represented without the remaining arrow and body, something similar to the following image:

This would leave the viewport more readable, especially on complex sketches where many dimensions are present.

PS: The arrow sizes and text should also be improved, but that was already requested by another user.
