Support of ReCap RCP format

Dear DevDept team,
my feature request is to include the full support of Autodesk ReCap RCP format. RCP format includes mainly point clouds. ReCap is becoming a standard tool to manage point clouds. Have the possibility to read (but if possible also write) RCP files would be very helpful for us.
I think that Teigha already includes the possibility to import RCP files so perhaps it would be not so much complex for you to have this feature.
If we can use Teigha directly thorugh Eyeshot it could be also a possibility.
