Arc Dimension

Eyeshot doesn't have Arc Dimension (Length of circular arc).

This causes arc dimensions to be lost when importing DWG file.

We hope that Eyeshot implements arc dimensions.

    Added to Eyeshot 2021, ArcDimension is imported as AngularDim.
