Inidivusal CoordinateSystemIcon.LabelColor's

Currently EyeShot supports a single color for a 3 axis labels for the coordinate system icon.

When the background is dark (for a dark mode application) the obvious choice of label color is to match the axis arrow. 

Even with a light background, having the labels the same color as the axis would be nice....
