Move Label classes to "devDept.Eyeshot" namespace and DLL

I think that all the classes in "devDept.Eyeshot.Control.Labels" namespace should be in "devDept.Eyeshot.Labels".
The labels are similar to entities, their definition should be independent from where they are being rendererd (WPF or Forms).

Hello Francisco,
Labels are limited to UI version of our product, this is the reason why you find them under devDept.Eyeshot.Control namespace.
