A Software Escrow (also referred to as Source Code Escrow), is a contract that requires an escrow agent to keep physical possession of source code for a software product and release it to a licensed user, but only under very specific circumstances.
The objective of a software escrow agreement is to give you assurance that if we are unable or unwilling to support the software, the source code and other critical components such as databases, deployment scripts, and documentation can be released to you.
