If you want to purchase a new license or add a seat, you can start from our website by browsing the products on the "Products" page and selecting "Buy" for your preferred edition.
You can also compare prices on the "Pricing" page and select "Buy Now" for your preferred edition.
You can explore all the available options and get a quote by using the free tool "Request a quote"
Important note: If you decide to use the online store, you can only pay by credit card.
When you click on "Buy", you will be directed to the store online where you can select the product features:
- Edition: Pro, Ultimate, Fem
- Number of licenses: 1 or more
- Plan: Annual or Monthly
- Support: Lite or Priority
- then click on “Next >”
The "Next" page requires access to your account, so if you don't have one yet, you need to create it now. For more info on how to create a new account, go to the FAQ "Create a New Account".
Important note: If you already have an account, the “Buy Now” option is available in the "Your Order" box.
Now you can proceed with the payment, so enter the credit card details and click "Next".
Important note:
3-D Secure is a protocol designed to be an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions that adds an authentication step for customers making online purchases.
If your credit card is enrolled in 3-D Secure, the payment gateway will display a dialog box or iframe provided by the issuing bank that will prompt the cardholder to verify their identity.
Identity verification mechanisms will vary per cardholder and issuing bank, but can include SMS one-time passcode, the issuing bank's mobile app, biometric recognition methods such as fingerprint or voiceprint, or other means.
If 3-D Secure authentication is successful, the transaction is ready to be processed, and the order can be confirmed.

If this is not your first purchase, the saved credit card will be displayed.
Before finalizing your order, please review the order details, check the box to accept our terms and conditions, and consider selecting the auto-renew option. After that, click "Place Order" to authorize the credit card payment and complete the order.
The page will show an order confirmation message which will tell you if the transaction was successful.
If something went wrong with your payment you will get an error message like this. Take a screenshot of the message and contact sales immediately for assistance.
Bank Transfer Payment
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you need to contact sales.
We will get back to you within one working day with a quote and our bank account details. You can also send us your Purchase Order and we will send you an invoice. Please note that our standard payment terms are net 30 days.
Order validation
Regardless of the payment method chosen, as soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email and your account overview will be updated as follows:
Your Orders - This section shows the list of your orders, the invoice, the subscription period, and the available actions. You can also manage the saved credit cards from the " Payment Methods" section and make any necessary changes.
Subscription - This section shows the main information about each subscription identified by a unique license ID. You can also enable or disable auto-renew option for each license if needed.
Important Note: You must assign the license (use "Assign" button) to a developer (or yourself) to be able to activate the product and download the setup. More information here: License assignment
