To renew an expiring order, log into your account and look for the “Renew” button.
Note: you can renew an order before the expiration date (highlighted in yellow) or after it (marked with a red line).
After that, you will be directed to a new page where you will find the list of the licenses belonging to that order and the same details of the order you are renewing.
To renew the order as it is, you can simply click on “Next” to proceed with the payment.
If you want to change some details of your order, such as the subscription plan, edition, support level, or auto-renew, you can do so by selecting different options from the blue/grey menus. The prices will be updated immediately according to your selection.
You can also decide not to renew some licenses by deselecting the checkbox for the ones you no longer need.
Important Note: Adding new licenses to a renewal order is not supported at the moment. If you need to do so, please contact us for a quote.
Once you are sure of your order, click “next” for the payment step.
After entering or confirming your credit card, you will be directed to a review page where you can check your order before placing it definitively.
The renewal order will be displayed in the “Orders” section of your company account with a green line to confirm that it is valid and active.
If you click on the order number, you can find all the details of your order and the list of the licenses.
Important note:
If you place a renewal order before the expiration date, the licenses will continue to refer to the previous order until Its expiration date. After that date, they will start to refer to the new order. This means that if you have made changes, they won’t be active until the expiration date.
For instance, in the example below, we renewed the expiring order 26 days before the expiration date (April 2, 2025) and also modified the license t2pxh78g from Pro/Priority to Ultimate/Lite. The “Licenses” section will continue to show that license with the details of the previous order (108723) showing the Pro edition, the priority support and the Unlimited number of tickets, until the expiration date (April 02, 2025). After that day, it will be automatically switched to the new product until the new expiration date (April 02, 2026).
Auto-renew Option
If a credit card is saved into your account, this option can be enabled or disabled at any time for each active license. With this option enabled, the license will be automatically renewed on the expiration date by charging the saved card.
