If you want to use the software and download the setup, it is necessary to assign each license to a developer, so let's see how to do the assignment.
- Log in to your Company account on our website.
- In the “Subscriptions” box you will find a license ID code for each license you own, both active or not.
-
Click “Assign” for each License ID
Two alternative options can now occur:
CASE 1: Assign the license to an existing developer or the account owner.
- Select “Choose from existing”
- Select the correct e-mail from the drop-down menu.
- Click “Ok”.
Check your mailbox to find the confirmation email and then go to your account.
CASE 2: Assign the license to a new developer.
- Select “Add a new developer”.
- Fill in all the fields.
- Click “Ok”.
The developer should check the mailbox for an email with the subject "License Assigned" and click the blue link in the body of the email.
Then, choose and confirm a password to create a personal account.
Now click "Overview" to go back to the home page and you will find 2 new boxes.
- Your license: This section includes all the information related to the assigned license.
The "Eyeshot 202x" section contains the latest version of the software (Stable Installer) along with demos and documentation that can help you gain a better understanding of Eyeshot.
If you purchased the product before 2024 you may find an additional section called "Serial Numbers" where you can find your old serial codes.
- Support: This page displays all the resources that may help you in using the product and the list of support requests that have been opened and solved. If you need to open a new request, simply click the "Get Technical Support" button. Please note that new tickets can only be opened if your subscription is still valid, and you have not finished your available number of incidents.
Please remember that you can open a support request also from the "Overview" page of your account.
After completing the assignment process, in the Company account you will find:
- The name of the developer(s) to which each license is assigned.
- The ability to "Revoke" a license from a developer and reassign it to another.
- The list of registered developers that you can edit or delete. (N.B. the Account administrator is never listed here)
